Culture Generics
The make up of our programs starts by an understanding of the impact of
culture in our everyday life, this is continued by exploring our own cultural
background, before looking at different cultural blue prints. The impact
on business and management styles, daily life and the implications for effective
communicating are examined and tested as seen in this communication simulation.

Kids in Transition
One of our leading themes is to give children the feeling of control regardless
the many changes that surround them during the transition. In a customised
workbook we introduce a choice of tools to prepare for the move, to reach
out to other children and how to keep upright the 'life lines' from home.
Learn to formulate what is important for each individual child and to take
ownership of the assignment is of great importance. Field trips, projects,
simulations, treasure hunts are amongst the many methods we apply in supporting
the children like seen in this picture. |

Meet Germany
Other than preparing German expats for their assignments abroad, one of
the pillars of our company is to open Germany to the non German speaking
community of expatriates.
The personal experience and professional expertise of our trainers guarantee
a program full of interesting details, encourages the newcomers to explore
the diversity offered in Germany, a country with a fascinating culture.
Of course we introduce the participants to concrete " hands-on" information
as seen in this picture. |
