Introducing our Faculty

Mrs. Stefanie Hildebrand
A German national, worked in the US, Canada and Spain.

As a supervisor for an American Company she gained valuable insights in the cross-cultural field being responsible for hiring and training staff and managing subsidiaries all over Germany.

Besides holding a degree in English and Spanish linguistics and adult education she taught many years abroad as well as in Germany and worked as a teacher consultant at the university of Giessen.

Training for effective delivery of seminars in intercultural communication she received from Windham International, NY and Witham & Associates, CA.
She is implementing her knowledge by designing and delivering trainings for expatriate families coming to Germany for companies such as the Kölnische Rückversicherung or Japan Tobaco.

Her constant drive to keep abreast with intercultural research and development is guaranteed through her studies at the TWI in Koblenz
(Polytec.) focussing on intercultural management.
Her lively way of facilitating programs on how to communicate effectively with Germans have enriched the participants.
Stefanie Hildebrand is a member on SIETAR and the American Chamber of Commerce.
