Introducing our Faculty

Mrs. Hilly van Swol-Ulbrich
Managing partner, a Dutch national, worked in England and in Holland, allowing her to gather extensive international experience before moving to Germany.
After a successful career working for a French corporate bank, she founded (1987) a relocation company in the Netherlands serving Dutch subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies. Working with hundreds of international families representing over 30 different nationalities, providing logistical support, she added courses to help meet the intercultural challenges faced by the expatriates. The strong representation of US American corporations seeking assistance has formed a steady basis to upkeep the dialogue on business and trends in the U.S.A. which is supported through the many years of experience of doing business with US companies. Intercultural expertise was gathered at the ITIM institute and a post doctorate at the university of Nijmegen and by the C.I.P. in Switzerland.
In Germany she has trained expatriate families arriving in Germany, as well as preparing German executives for assignments abroad. She has set up a joint venture with the Internationale Schule Frankfurt offering evening seminars on cultural adaptation.
She designed and facilitates a special newcomers program for the American Consulate and acts as a consultant to the major German relocation companies. Hilly van Swol -Ulbrich is a member of Sietar, the American-German Business Club of Frankfurt and the American Women’s Club of the Taunus.
